Marketing Operations and Event Specialist

About The Position

We are seeking a results-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Marketing Operations and Event Specialist with B2B experience to lead and support our marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone experienced in managing Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot), who can drive the Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) process and deliver impactful results in a B2B company. You will be responsible for ensuring the success of our marketing campaigns, lead nurturing and events, and continuously seek opportunities to optimize performance and generate measurable results.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Marketing Operations and Event Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Strategically build and manage online campaigns tailored to a B2B audience, using the MCAE marketing automation platform to support lead nurturing activities, promote events, and define the prospect’s lifecycle journey. Ensure prompt follow-up processes to maximize conversions.
  • Serve as the MCAE administrator, ensuring proper setup, maintenance, and optimization of the platform for B2B operations.
  • Support the planning and coordination of in-person and virtual events, including trade shows and webinars. This includes working with 3rd party agencies (venue, graphic designers), budgets and logistics.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Pardot, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights
  • Update marketing content across digital assets, including website optimization, YouTube channel management, LinkedIn and MCAE
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, logistics, finance, and procurement to ensure seamless execution of marketing operations and event planning

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a MCAE (Pardot) system administrator, with deep expertise in B2B marketing automation and campaign management
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and a strong understanding of B2B marketing operations, digital marketing, and event coordination
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience in graphic design, WordPress, and video editing software, is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization is an advantage
  • Highly organized, quick learner and detail-oriented
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and accuracy
