Marketing Operations Specialist

About The Position

We seek a results-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Marketing Operations Specialist with strong B2B experience to lead and support our marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for a professional with in-depth Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot) knowledge and a proven ability to manage marketing campaigns, lead management processes, and event execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Automation & MCAE Expertise
    – Design and manage the full prospect lifecycle (Lead –> MQL –>SQL etc.), leveraging Pardot for lead scoring, grading and automated workflows
    – Serve as the MCAE administrator, ensuring platform setup, integration with Salesforce, and seamless maintenance for optimal functionality
    – Build and manage online campaigns tailored to a B2B audience using Pardot’s Engagement Studio, including email nurturing, segmentation and dynamic content
    – Monitor, analyze and report on marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Pardot, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Event Marketing
    – Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events (e.g. webinars and trade shows), manage budgets, and manage logistics and vendor collaboration.
    – Track and nurture event-generated leads through Pardot for effective follow-up and conversion.
  • Content Support
    – Support marketing content across digital assets, including website optimization, YouTube channel management, LinkedIn, and MCAF.
  • Sales Support
    – Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, logistics, finance, and procurement, to ensure seamless execution of marketing operations and event planning.

Requirements

  • – Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience with MCAE (Pardot), including automation workflows, reporting and integration with Salesforce.
    – Familiarity with Salesforce and a strong understanding of B2B marketing operations, digital marketing, and event coordination.
    – Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    – Experience in graphic design, WordPress, and video editing software is advantageous.
    – Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization is an advantage.
    – Highly organized, quick learner, and detail-oriented.
    – Hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and accuracy.
