Sigal Kalmanson Cusnir is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Starget Pharma Ltd. a start-up developing a novel cancer targeted therapy delivery platform. She is also a co-founder and seed start-up investor in a range of industries including technology, medical and sustainability and was a former co-founder of InfiApps Ltd. a gaming company acquired by Stride Gaming Plc.
Previously, she held various executive management positions at global companies. From 2009 to 2013 Sigal served as the Vice President Marketing & Business operation at Microsoft Israel. As part of her role, she led the Microsoft Cloud Services entry to the Israeli market. Prior thereto, Sigal held various management roles between 2001 and 2009 at Comverse Inc. including Vice President Strategic Marketing, Associate Vice President Head of InSight Product Marketing and Director of Corporate Business Development and M&A.
Between 1999 and 2000 Sigal served as a strategic consultant at Shaldor Ltd. a management consulting firm. Sigal holds a B.A. in Computer Science graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, a B.A. in Economics graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Tel-Aviv University and an Executive M.B.A from the Kellogg Recanti program.
