Sela joined Highcon in December 2020. He started his career at Applied Materials almost 20 years ago, where he managed key functions such as worldwide, regional and product support. Further roles were at Nano Dimension as VP of Global Customer Support.
Sela holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.
