He has led four IPO’s, multiple M&A transactions, and the formation of numerous start-ups. As CFO and COO of Indigo during pivotal years, together with the management team, he propelled the company to prominence in the digital printing market. With five years as CEO of Highcon, Shlomo has been leading the transformation of the Company to a prominent place as the market leader in Digital Finishing for the packaging industry in both the Folding and Corrugated Cartons. Prior to Highcon, he served seven years as CEO of Ramot, Tel Aviv University Business Engagement Center, facilitating the formation of multiple investment funds in early stage innovations, the creation of over 60 startup companies and the licensing of hundreds of technologies to multinational corporations worldwide.
