Malka Rand is the principal owner of Rand Finance, a boutique firm, which provides CFO, controllership and accounting services to technology companies, since 2014.
Rand Finance employs a staff of ten professionals, who specialize in technology companies from seed stage to fully grown companies, as well as VC funds and local R&D centres of global companies.
Ms. Rand has extensive experience in managing complex accounting and taxation systems, in implementing internal controls over financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, cost management, insurance handling, ESOP management, tax planning, etc. and was involved in due diligence work as well as IPO’s and M&A transactions.
Before opening Rand Finance, Ms. Rand was a senior manager in “big 4” firms and worked as a CFO and a controller in several investment, commercial and industrial companies.
Ms. Rand holds a B.A. in managerial Accounting and information systems from Jerusalem College of Technology and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
