Haim brings over 18 years of experience in product development and product management for complex multidisciplinary systems to his role at Highcon. He joined Highcon in 2016, and in his most recent position, he served as the Head of Product. Prior to his tenure at Highcon, Haim worked as a Systems Engineer in the Israeli Air Force (IAF) and as a Program Manager at Elbit Systems, where he successfully led several international programs. Haim holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical Engineering from Jerusalem College of Technology (JCT) and an MBA from Bar Ilan University.
