Eurographic Group in Poland stands out as a leader in graphic design and print, renowned for its digital capabilities. In April 2024, Highcon performed a field upgrade on Eurographic’s Highcon Beam 2 system.

«We’re excited to be the first customer to receive the Productivity and Quality Boost Package that brings Beam 3 performance to our system.  The surge in production per shift is poised to make a significant impact on our operations.»

Faster setup is always a key in production. If we can setup faster, run better performance and produce 10-20% faster, it is key to the final business result, especially for the shorter orders we focus on. Produce faster and produce more. That’s why Beam 3 can be a very good solution.”

The BoxMaker, a U.S. leader in digitally produced packaging was the first converter to operate three Highcon systems. The company operates two Highcon Euclid 5C systems at its digital production facility in Kent, WA, and a Highcon Beam 2C system at its new state of-the-art digital production facility in Lowell, Arkansas. Moveover, The BoxMaker has joined Highcon’s Vulcan «Foundation’s Customers» program, and placed a deposit on a Vulcan system.

«Our Highcons have been a success and are on track to meet our goals: a highly variable product mix, made on demand, and with less friction than traditional methods. We anticipate significant growth in production volume , and Highcon’s digital laser cutting technology will play a critical role in ensuring cost-effective and timely production, while delivering high-quality products to our customers

«Highcon’s Vulcan will find a very broad footprint across the corrugated industry, complementing analog die cutting and solving the intractable problems of fast reaction, small orders, and eliminating MOQ

Linney, an international multi-channel marketing group headquartered in Mansfield, UK made a strategic investment in a Highcon Beam 2 digital die cutting solution in 2021.

«Our Beam 2 system has become a key element in our offering. In the most recent quarter (Q2 2023), we produced 999 Highcon jobs – the largest number for a quarter. This quarter, we have already produced 60% of the entire production volume of Q4 last year.»

Discussing the newly introduced Highcon Beam Writer, which enables customers to create creasing rules using Highcon’s proprietary DART systems, Linney commented:

«I’ve always believed that there is a place for an offline DART writing system. Although the current inline system works very well, the offline Beam Writer could save us 10 minutes, which equates to over 50 hours a month.»

In 2023, Schumacher Packaging Group joined the Foundation Customer program and signed an MOU to purchase 5-10 units of the Highcon Vulcan from Highcon by 2030. Bjoern Schumacher, CEO of Schumacher Packaging, stated:

«Schumacher Packaging is an innovative leader and digital visionary. We are pleased with our Highcon Beam 2C, but the Vulcan is the system that will drive the inevitable digitalization of corrugated finishing. Seeing is believing, and the prototype demonstration I witnessed in Israel last June convinced me that the Vulcan will be a game-changer for us.»
