Sales and Marketing Summit 2022: Sharing Our Story and Looking Ahead

Highcon channel partners, sales and marketing teams from Europe and the US recently gathered under one roof in Israel, for the first post-Covid Highcon Sales training event.

The Highcon Sales and Marketing Summit 2022 had a celebratory flavor in light of Highcon’s continued growth and the move to new facilities in Yavne, Israel.

It was a great chance to hear about challenges, changes, and transformations that directly affect Highcon and discuss ways to increase the company’s growth.

The event consisted of four days full of interactive sessions and presentations from Highcon employees and executives from all departments, from discussions about the company’s global business strategy to sessions about innovation, workflows, and product and technology roadmap. In addition, discussions took place about how Highcon’s digital manufacturing mindset and focus on sustainability are meeting the needs of a changing the paperboard packaging and display industry

Highcon’s R&D and innovation center was a big highlight of the summit. Four hands-on lab sessions were held simultaneously which included: A deep dive into Highcon’s technology and product offering, a review of Highcon Beam upgrades, a demonstration of the Highcon Beam 2C nonstop solution, and a stop by the consumables division. There were also presentations about our global customer support, business intelligence, customer success stories, and discussions on applications and our recent partnership with Tilia Labs.

Discussions on the competitive landscape and commercial positioning were lively and participants got a first look at Highcon’s new sample kits for 2022, all produced at our customers’ sites on Highcon digital cutting and creasing systems. Delegates also enjoyed social and cultural activities, including a tour of the City of David in Jerusalem, which sent us 3,500 years back in time. We also had a cocktail party to honor our hardworking sales teams for their hard work in 2021.

As the summit ended, it became clear that Highcon’s top priority is to provide the best solutions and support possible, and we’re more than ever prepared for it.
