Our mission is to accelerate the adoption and usage of our digital die cutting solutions to empower efficiency and innovation, effectiveness and sustainability for both converters and brands
Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Yavne, Israel, Highcon develops, markets, sells and supports a portfolio of digital die cutting and creasing systems that cover a wide range of formats, substrates and applications for post print processes in the Folding Carton and Corrugated carton industry.
Highcon’s solutions are transforming the industry, by providing cost-effective solutions to the increasing manufacturing efficiencies facing folding carton and corrugated carton manufacturers as the result of emerging market trends such as business agility, sustainability, zero inventories and SKU proliferation. These requirements cannot be accommodated by the expensive and slow conventional die-making and setup process.
Highcon’s digital die cutting solutions bridge the gap between agile production and design flexibility, delivering improved responsiveness, just-in time (JIT) production, short runs, customization of structure and designs, and the ability to perform a wide range of applications in-house. In addition, Highcon’s patented digital cutting and creasing process brings all the benefits previously associated with digital prepress and printing workflow to the existing analogue finishing market.
Highcon products are currently installed at customer sites around the world, including multi-national companies, effectively supporting the needs of global and local brands.
The Company is traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

Highcon’s next-generation system, code-named Vulcan, will enter mainstream corrugated production and address a painful gap in current solutions. Currently under development at Highcon labs, Vulcan offers a maximum sheet size of 1.4 x 1.7 meters (55″ x 66″) and can support boards up to 5mm thick, including microflute, B-, C-, and EF flutes. The system boards a maximum throughput of 3,000 full-size sheets per hour (up to 7,000 sqm/hr or 75,000 sqft/hr), with a job changeover taking only 5-10 minutes.
The Highcon Vulcan digital die cutting and creasing system, currently under development, is revolutionizing high value and small batch corrugated production.
