Highcon Systems is seeking an Integration Engineer to join our growing company and highly experienced integration team.
As an Integration Engineer, you will join the Operation division’s production group.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for complex systems’ integration E2E that requires expertise in a wide variety of technology fields (lasers, optical, electronic, pneumatic, computing, mechanics) and excellent system understanding.
• Ensure the quality and precision of the Integration process and outcomes.
• Integration process cycle time reduction
• Encourage innovation and ongoing process improvements
• Work with engineering to address systems/integration process issues
• Optional low volume field support at customer sites

Skills and Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a multidisciplinary company
• Very good inter-personal communication level and service orientation
• Practical engineer or equivalent degree, B.Sc. in either Electrical/ Mechanical engineering- advantage
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and drafting)
• Experience with electrical documentation reading
• Self-motivated, creative and innovative
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Independent with can-do attitude

Responsibilities: 
o Assist with identifying potential suppliers and vendors
o Help negotiate prices and terms of agreements
o Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products
o Collaborate with department heads to determine procurement needs
o Prepare purchase orders and review invoices for accuracy
o Day-to-day vendor management.
o Identifying cost reduction opportunities to reduce company costs & improve engagement terms.
o Handling contracts & conducting negotiations end-to-end.
o Working closely and providing excellent service to all relevant departments: R&D, Operations and Service.
o Working independently and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
o Experience with the operations field – Advantage.
o Ability to understand and read contracts.
o Strong negotiating skills.
o Capable of thriving in a stressed and fast-paced environment.
o Strong interpersonal skills (people’s person).
o Fluent Hebrew and English, written and verbal.
o High competency level in use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
o Familiarity with ERP, preferred Priority system.
o Experience in a global organization.
