										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Highcon is looking for a Field Support Engineer to join our Global Customer Support division, covering all post-sale customer technical support around the Americas territory, reporting to the US regional support manager.</p>
<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Remote and on-site technical support for Highcon customers</li>
<li>New machine installations including customer training &amp; maintenance training</li>
<li>Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.</li>
<li>Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.</li>
<li>Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams</li>
<li>Field upgrades installation</li>
<li>Install base performance analysis.</li>
<li>Procedures and BKM creation</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2-4 years’ experience in multidisciplinary capital equipment companies –Must</li>
<li>BSc in mechanical/electrical engineering from a known recognized institute</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with hardware (e.g. maintenance and repair);</li>
<li>Background from the print industry – an advantage</li>
<li>Availability for travel ~60% of the time</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Fluent communication skills in Hebrew &amp; English</li>
<li>Strong team player</li>
<li>Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a quality mindset;</li>
<li>A &#8216;can do&#8217; / &#8216;will do&#8217; attitude is sought to enable us to proactively maintain and improve customer systems in the field;</li>
<li>Strong personal organizational skills and enjoys working in a challenging and dynamic work environment.</li>
<li>Good flexibility and strong ownership.</li>
</ul>
